摘要
为了提高护生实习带教质量 ,在实习前对护生特点进行评估 ,根据护生的理论水平、动手能力、学习态度、对实习的要求等 ,制定个体化的实习带教方案 ,在带教过程中采用四阶段法 ,取得了满意效果 ,明显提高了护生实习带教质量及护生对实习的满意率。
To improve the quality of teaching in the associated degree nursing students,we assessed the students’ characteristics before clinical practice,and developed individualized teaching plans according to the students’ level of knowledge,working ability,leaning attitude and demands to clinical practice.We adopt 4-step method during the teaching process,which achieved satisfied effectiveness and significantly improved the quality of teaching and the students’ satisfaction to clinical practice.
