摘要
德国工会拥有悠久的历史和光辉的业绩,在德国社会中扮演着举足轻重的角色。从20世纪80年代初至今,德国工会的处境每况愈下,表现为:工会的数目和会员人数不断下降;谈判质量下降;与社会民主党、企业工厂委员会的关系僵化;遭遇各方的猛烈批评等。这些困境主要是由于右翼新自由主义在世界范围内推行“美国式资本主义”的结果。德国工会的困境是暂时的,如果积极调整策略和方针,依然会重现昔日风采。
Have been provided with long history and outstanding achievements, the trade unions of Germany play a role of holding
the balance in the society. Since the early 1980s, the situation of trade unions of Germany has been going worse with the number
decline of trade unions and members, the quality decline of collective bargaining, the deadlock of relationship with the Social Demo-
cratic Party and the fieriness criticism. The difficult position is mainly due to the spreading of 'Americanizing Capitalism' pushed by
the right wing of neo-liberalism. The difficult position is temporary. The trade unions of Germany will recur the achievements in
former days if they adjust strategies and policies.
