我国工伤保险制度的突破与未来发展——《工伤保险条例》评析

A Breakthrough and Future Development of Insurance of Injuries Suffered at Work in China

《工伤保险条例》是我国社会保障法制化进程中具有里程碑意义的大事。《条例》虽然与过去相比有很大的进步,但与社会保障制度的理性要求还有一定的距离。本文以新旧对比的方式阐述《条例》的发展和进步,并提出《条例》存在的不足,以期促进我国工伤保险制度的进一步完善。

Regulations of Insurance of Injuries Suffered at Work of PRC has a meaning of milestone in history in the process of legis- lation about Chinese social security. The new regulations have great progress, but they fall short of rational requirements social se- curity system. The article exposed the new regulations' development and progress by means of the contrast the new regulations with the old one. The author put forward some shortcomings of the new regulations in order to improve insurance of injuries suffered at work in China.
