加强工会领导班子和机关干部队伍建设,是搞好工会工作的组织保障。应坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以解放思想、更新观念为突破口,增强领导班子和机关干部的事业心、责任感和服务意识,进一步加强机关干部作风建设。

To strengthen the building of trade union leadership and government functionary is the organizational guarantee of trade union work. We should insist on the important thought of 'Three Represent', emancipate the mind and renovate the concepts while strengthening the enterprise, sense of responsibility and consciousness of service, so as to improve the style of work of government functionary.
