摘要
巴氏毕赤酵母表达系统具有真核生物表达的特点。本文综述了巴氏毕赤酵母菌及其表达载体的特点以及外源基因在该系统中表达存在的一些问题。
Pichia pastoris expression system is one of the eukaryotic expression systems which was widely applied and developed fast in recent years. Expression of the methanol inducible genes, expression vector, expression stains are reviewed in this paper.
