摘要
常客计划是服务性企业奖励老顾客,留住核心客人,培育顾客忠诚的营销项目。本文通过对国外酒店常客计划的起源、现状和运行流程的研究,分析了常客计划带来的收益,探讨了我国酒店实行常客计划的有利条件及存在问题,并对实施的可行性进行了分析。
Advantage program is a marketing program used to retain core customers and build customer loyalty. The paper studies the origin, status quo and operation process of foreign hotels' advantage programs, probes into favorable conditions and current problems for applying the program in China's hotels, and analyzes the feasibility of implemention.
