摘要 用分光光度法从测定波长、溶液浓度和吸光度之间的线性关系、精密度、加样回收率及重现性等 5个方面对舒麦片中黄酮的测定方法进行了系统研究。试验结果 :在波长 4 30 nm时 ,舒麦片中黄酮测定的线性范围为 2~ 12μg/ml,r=0 .9997,加样回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD=0 .0 37%。说明此方法准确可靠 ,检测结果稳定。 Determination method on flavonoids of Shumai tablets is studied systematically through examining the wavelength, the linear relation between the concentration and absorbance, precision, recovery and reappearance by spectrophotometry. The test indicated, that the linear range of flavonoids determination for Shumai tablets was 2~12μg/ml, r=0.9997, the average recovery of the additional sample was 99.6, with RSD=0.037, when the determination wavelength was 430 nm. The method was accurate and reliable. The determination result of flavonoids was stable.
