论邓小平的党内民主观

DENG Xiaoping's Viewpoint of Inner-party Democracy

邓小平一直关注党内民主建设,并结合中国的国情、党情,认识到了加强党内民主建设的必要性。邓小平认为,实现党内民主和发展党内民主就要在党内创造良好的民主氛围,创建一个良好的政治局面。邓小平所讲的民主是具体的、有界限规定的,发展党内民主必须注意到我党民主的界限与底线。总之,邓小平对于党内民主的论述不仅促进了当时我党民主制度的完善与发展,而且对当前我党民主制度的健全与发展也具有指导意义。

Deng Xiaoping thinks that we must create a good setting for realizing and developing inner-party democracy.On the one hand, we should strengthen the consciousness of democracy; on the other hand, we should even strengthen systems. The democracy that DENG Xiaoping discusses is concrete,and we should realize its verge when we develop it.
