摘要
鉴于中国高教发展的大众化、国际化趋势,高校须坚持专家、学者治校的办学理念。"博士官"的大量出现,既是社会、高校发展的客观要求,也是博士们实现自我价值的一种方式。然而,对于"博士官"现象高校内部见仁见智。文章认为:这些评价有合理之处,但大多是传统体系积弊造成的。高校"博士官"选拔的关键在于岗位的合适度和机制的逐步规范化,以及高校在办学理念、主体所属、价值观等方面的正确定位。
