摘要
用碳二亚胺(DCC)法合成新的亲水性N,N-二(2-羟乙基)丙烯酰胺单体并接枝于SPEU膜上。接枝反应分两步进行,首先将SPEU膜用过氧化氢在紫外光照射下进行光氧化,在膜的表面引入过氧化氢基团,然后在还原剂亚铁盐存在下引发单体接枝聚合。实验结果表明:用新法合成的单体N,N-二(2羟乙基)丙烯酰胺可顺利地接枝于SPEU膜上。研究了接枝反应中使用的单体浓度,光照时间,亚铁盐浓度对接枝反应的影响。膜经接枝后,亲水性有明显提高,接触角下降,用扫描电镜观察到接枝前的基膜很平滑,而接枝后的膜表面呈明显的有凸起的接枝图象。
A new hydrophilic monomer N, N-di (2-hydroxyethyl)-acrylamide was synthesized by DCC method and grafted onto segmented polyetherurethane (SPEU) film. Graft reaction included two steps: hydroperoxide group was introduced first onto the surface of SPEU through photo-oxidation by UV in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, then it was reduced by ferrous ion to initiate the monomer grafting onto the surface of SPEU. The factors that influence the graft polymerization were studied. Grafted polymers of N, N-di (2-hydroxyethyl)-acrylamide on SPEU film had higher ability of water absorption than the original one, its contact angle drops down and the SEM photographs show the grafts of macrochain on the surface of SPEU film.
