The production of the grassland animal husbandry is Complicated Ecoeconomy system. The yield of the system is determined not only by its biological characteristics, but also by the environment situation and human's activities. People should hold correct knowledge about the system and optimize the water resources allocation. Then it's possible to guarantee the sustainable development of the system consisted of population, resources, ecoenvironment, society and economy.
