Propagate Xinjiang and BINGTUAN Culture, Strengthen the Concept of Stationing Troopsand Reclaiming and Saveguarding the Border Regions

在中央召开的全国宣传思想工作会议以及自治区宣传思想工作会议上,明确强调了宣传思想工作和文化建设在经济建设和精神文明建设中的重要作用。因此,在履行"发展壮大兵团,致富职工群众"的屯垦戍边使命的过程中,各族干部群众应深刻了解新疆的历史文化、民族宗教知识、政策历史演变规律,弘扬中华文化、新疆文化和兵团精神,以强大的文化力作为屯垦戍边的思想基础,努力增强"四个意识",即理论意识、学习意识、责任意识和使命意识,为新疆的长治久安和经济可持续发展做出自己的新贡献。

The national propaganda conference and the conference of Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region stressed clearly the important role of ideological work and culture construction in both economical and mental construction. Thus in the course of developing BINGTUAN and leading the farmer to wealth,we should learn something about Xinjiang's history and culture,nationality and religion,policy history evolution,and meanwhile develop Chinese culture,Xinjiang culture and BINGTUAN spirit. Based on this cultural force of reclaming and saveguarding the border region, having the consciousness of theory, study, responsibility and mission, we will make new contribution to Xinjiang permanent safety and economical sustainable development.
