摘要
本文借助于两个样品之间的差异度和有序样品的差异序列两个概念,提出了有序样品聚类的差异序列法法。聚类数和分割点可以容易地由差异序列法获得。对某些无序样品,也可以应用差异序列法。三个例子说明,差异序列法是简单,有效的。
In this paper, with the aid of the two concepts of diversity between two samples and diversity sequence of ordered samples, diversity sequence method is presented for clustering ordered samples. The number of clusters and the division points are easily obtained by diversity sequence method. This method can be used for some disordered samples. Three examples show that this method is both simple and effective.
