摘要 绿色荧光蛋白(green fluorescent protein,GFP)作为一种方便、有效的活性标记物,无需外源反应底物,无需进行细胞或组织的固定和渗透处理,使检测更加方便。是细胞生物学和分子生物学研究的一个重要工具,已得到了广泛的应用。胚胎干细胞(Embryonic Stem Cell.ES cell)是从早期胚胎中分离得到的多能细胞,在胚胎发育、细胞移植、组织器官构建、药物研制、基因治疗等研究方面发挥着巨大的作用。本文就GFP的特性及其在ES细胞研究中的应用作一简述。 Green fluorescent protein has been used as a convenient and efficient vital marker, which makes its detection convenient without need of exogenous substrates, cell fixation and permealization and has been widely used in cell and molecular biology as a important tool. Embryonic stem cell is multiplutipotent cell which is derived from early embryo and has potential application in the development of embryo, transplantion of organs and tissures, medicine research and gene therapy. The characteristics of GFP and its application in embryonic stem cell research were mainly reviewed in this paper.
