怀孕声波测定仪在绵、山羊早期妊娠诊断中的应用

Application of Pregnancy Ultrasonics Detector (PUD) in Early Pregnancy Diagnosis of Sheep and Goats

运用怀孕声波测定仪对工厂化养羊生产中的632只绵、山羊进行早期妊娠测定,试验结果表明:45-60d的试验母羊,妊娠诊断准确率达到93.7％。通过不同方法对羊早期妊娠诊断的效果比较,结果说明,怀孕声波测定仪是一种经济实用、操作简便、简单易学、准确率高的早期妊娠诊断技术,尤其是在实行频密产羔体系的工厂化、规模化养羊生产中,值得大力推广应用。

To apply PUD to early pregnancy detection of 632 experiment sheep and goats from factory production, experiment result shows: the accuracy of pregnancy diagnosis reaches 93. 7% through the detection on the experiment sheep and goats of being pregnant 45-60 days. Compared with other methods of early pregnancy diagmosis ,PUD is a economical practical simply-operated easily-grasped and high-accuracy early pregnancy diagnosis technique, especially in large-scale factory production of sheep and goats. this method is worth spreading.
