摘要
经电化学氧化处理的玻碳电极可以吸附富集蒽醌染料,在0.1mol/L的H2SO4介质中,富集物可产生峰型良好的氧化还原峰。研究了利用该氧化还原峰建立测定废水中蒽醌染料和其它蒽醌类污染物的方法。在选择的最佳测定条件下,氧化还原峰与蒽醌染料在5×10-8~5×10-6mol/L浓度范围内呈线性关系,该方法的检出下限为2×10-8mol/L。
Anthraquinone dyes can be adsorbed and accumulated on the electro-oxidation pre-treated glassy carbon electrode and give the well-defined oxidation-reduction peaks in0.1mol/L H 2 SO 4 solution.Based on the fact,a method for determination of anthraquinone dyes in wastewater by voltammetric method was established and investigated.Under the optimum conditions,the oxi-dation-reduction peaks are linearly proportional to the concentrations of the analytes in a range of5×10 -8 to5×10 -6 mol/L,and the detection limit is2×10 -8 mol/L.
