摘要
利用现代生理生化手段测定兔酒精麻醉后其体内的生理生化指标的变化为临床诊断疾病提供理论依据。试验结果显示:家兔在酒精麻醉初期心率和呼吸率明显加快,血中甘油三脂和胆固醇浓度明显升高。在酒精麻醉后期心率和呼吸频率开始减慢,血中甘油三脂和胆圊醇浓度开始降低。
Determining the index of Rabbits' physiology and biochemistry in the state of alcohol anesthesia by the modern means of physiology and biochemistry can furnish the evidence for clinical diagnose diseases. The test result will show that the clear quickness of rabbit rhythe of the heart and breath shown in the initial stage of alcohol anesthesia and the raise of the concentration of the TG and GHO; decreasing respectively in later stage of alcohol anesthesia.
