摘要
"53"自交系是利用9个优良自交系组成基础群体,经两次开放传粉后自交选育而成。试验示范结果表明:"53"高抗大小斑病和青枯病,抗玉米丝黑穗病,中抗玉米矮花叶病及粗缩病,具有配合力高、自身产量高、生育期适中特性,日益受到省内外育种家关注。据不完全统计,在河北、河南、山西、云南等省,以"53"及其改良系做亲本已育成11个通过审定的杂交种,其中河北省的冀丰58、河南省的豫玉27已在省内外大面积推广。
The '53' maize inbred lines is bred from nine fine maize inbred lines, which constitutes basic colony, through two generation open-pollination, and then self-pollination. The results of expriment show that '53' is high-resistant to leaf spot, leaf blight and bacterial, resistant to maize bead smut, middle-resist-ant to rough.dwarf and mosaic disease. It is good for combining ability and self-output and appropriate growing period. Because of its good characters, it has been by more and more breeding experts of Hebei or the other provinces. According to the statistics there have been at least eleven examined maize hybrids used '53' or its improved-line as parents in Hebei、Henan、Shanxi and Yunnan provinces. Especially the hybrid Jifeng 58 bred by Hebei and the hybrid Yuyu-27 bred by Henan have aleady covered for most large areas.
