Traditional Culture and Entrepreneurship

以往对于企业家精神的论述,或是用经济学理论从功能性的角度剖析了企业家之所以成为企业家的原因,捎带性的提出了企业家精神的部分要义;或是从企业家这样一个群体背后总结了一些他们所共有的特质;或是从某个特定的圈子里抽象出了支撑其经济发展的伦理。这些论述都是不够全面的,而且是总结有余,启示不足。由于企业家不可能卓然独立于特定的文化之外,所以植根于传统文化并进行积极地扬弃,借鉴西方理论而成的圆中纳方、内圣外王之道才是我们所需要的全新的企业家精神。

In the past,all analyses about entrepreneurship are partially.Some of them analyze the reasons of entrepreneur to be entrepreneur in the view of economics,partly touching entrepreneurship;others conclude some factors in the base of entrepreneur; others draw ethical which support economy development of particular local.All those analyses are more summary than inspirational.Because of entrepreneur can not detached with special culture, entrepreneurship, which based on the traditional culture and foreign theory,is our needed.
