精神文化融合为"一"是多校区大学文化的目标,互动是文化融合发展主要策略。本文从社会学、社会心理学角度提出多校区大学文化互动机制的建设以信息对称为基本目标。通过各种信息传播手段传播大学主导文化,发挥教师在文化传承融合中的作用,建立学生社团跨校区活动机制,建设校园网提供交流互动平台,从而促进各校区信息对称。

The spirit and culture mixed together is the aim of multi-campus university culture, and 'moving mutually' is the major tactics for the melting development of multi-campus university culture. This paper starts with the angle of sociology and psychology society and puts forward that the mechanism construction of 'moving mutually' on the multi-campus university culture is basically aimed by the information symmetry. By various information propagation means to propagate the leading university culture, giving play of teachers to the effect in transmission and melting on the university culture, establishing the student social groups' activity mechanism over school areas, constructing the school net and providing the exchanging and moving mutually platform, thus promotes information symmetry in each school.
