摘要
完全学分制是一种把必须取得的毕业总学分作为毕业标准的一种教学管理制度,它通过学生自主选择专业、自主选择课程、自主选择任课老师、自主安排自己的学习进程,激发学生个人发展潜能,因此有利于培养学生创新能力、推进素质教育。它同时对高校管理体制改革的深化提出了新的要求,主要表现在人才培养模式的改革、办学自主权的扩大、课程体系的改革、高质量教师队伍的建设、教育资源的合理配置和有效利用及后勤管理体制的改革。
Total credit system is a standard teaching management one allowing no graduation except students' having acquired total graduate credits. This system can inspire students' personal developing potential through their independent choosing specialties, courses, teachers and learning processes of their own. Therefore, it does good to cultivating students' creation capability and promoting quality education. In the meantime, it can also raise new requisition for the promoting of higher educational management system innovation embodied in personnel cultivating pattern innovation, enlarging autonomous schooling, course system innovation, high qualified teaching faculty building, proper and effective disposal of educational resources and service management system innovation.
