玉米豆粕型日粮中添加植酸酶对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分消化率及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:27

EFFECT OF ADDITION OF PHYTASE TO A MAIZE-SOYBEAN MEAL DIET ON WEANED PIG'S PERFORMANCE,NUTRIENTS DIGESTIBILITY AND SERUM PARAMETERS

摘要 采用单因素随机区组设计的方法,选择二元杂交(长白×大约克)28日龄断奶仔猪40头,平均断奶体重(7.5±0.5)kg,研究玉米豆粕型日粮添加植酸酶(300U/kg)对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分消化率及血清生化指标的影响。结果表明,玉米豆粕型日粮中添加植酸酶降低了断奶仔猪的采食量(-9.8%P<0.06),猪的日增重下降11.1%(428与383g/d),但差异不显著(P>0.05),对饲料效率影响不显著(P>0.05)。断奶仔猪日粮中添加植酸酶,提高了日粮中干物质、能量、蛋白质、钙和磷的消化率:3.4%P>0.05、2.6%P>0.05、2.8%P>0.05、14.5%P<0.05和4.8%P<0.12,改善了氨基酸回肠表观消化率:His+11.7%、Ile+2.7%、Leu+6.2%、Lys+5.4%、Met+1.1%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。断奶仔猪日粮中添加植酸酶,降低了42天血清中的葡萄糖、血清尿素氮和血清碱性磷酸酶水平,分别降低15.2%P<0.07、22.2%P<0.12、29.5%P<0.05。提高了断奶仔猪42天的血清T3、T4和胰岛素水平,分别提高15.6%P>0.05、4.4%P>0.05和10.9%P>0.05。综上所述,断奶仔猪日粮中添加植酸酶提高断奶仔猪营养物质回肠表观消化率,改善了营养物质的吸收与利用,并由此改变了机体中生化代谢和基础代谢。 Weaned pigs(n=40;4 weeks old and average body wieght 7.5±0.5kg)were used in a 9-week experiment to evaluate the efficacy of phytase(300IU/kg) on performance,nutrients digestibility and serum parameters.The results show that addition of phytase reduced feed consumption(P<0.06),but average daily gain and feed conversion rate were not affected by feeding phytase(P>0.05).Apparent ileum digesibilities of DM,gross energy,N and amino acid were not affected by phytase supplementation(P>0.05),whereas apparent ileal digestibilities of Ca and P increased(P<0.05 or P<0.12)with increasing phytase supplementation.Apparent ileum digestibilities of some amino acids were improved(P>0.05) by addition of phytase include,by+11.7%(His),+2.7%(Ile),+6.2%(Leu),+5.4%(Lys),+1.1%(Met),respectively.Addition of phytase also decreased serum glucose at 42d(15.2%,P<0.07),serum urea nitrogen(22.2%,P<0.12) and alkaline phosphatase concentrations(29.5%,P<0.05).Addition of phytase improved serum T3,T4 and insulin concentration levels(15.6%,P>0.05;4.4%,P>0.05;10.9%,P>0.05) at the age of 42 day.It is concluded that addition of phytase to a corn-soybean meal diet of weaned pigs have effects on feed intake,ileum nutrient apparent digestibility and basal metabolism level.
