摘要
钕铁硼永磁材料在直流伺服电动机中的应用将导致效率的提高和功率重量比的增加,并且降低了时间常数。钕铁硼永磁材料的缺点是高的温度系数和低的温度限制,但是控制微电机的温升较低,对电机的性能不会产生影响。只要在设计中采取适当的措施,高性能电机是可以制造的,在航空上有广阔的应用前景。本文研究钕铁硼永磁直流伺服电动机的设计原则和试验结果。
Utilization of the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet in DC servomotor has resulted in improved efficiency and increased power-weight ratio, reduced time constant. The high temperature coefficient and low temperature limit of Nd-Fe-B is a very unfavourable factor. Because the temperature rising of micromachine is lower, it will have not much influence on the performance of DC servomotor. The Nd-Fe-B PM has a bright future in aviation. This paper describes the performance of DC servomotor with Nd-Fe-B PM based on theoretical analyses and experimental studies.
