The reform and development of higher education popularization,the socialized reform on the rear service in universities,the establishment and the improvement of socialist marketing,the multi-values;the prosperity of net-culture——What course should the university campus cultural progress under the multi-cultures background follow? This paper is to research for a way to the cultural progress in the college of engineering through the experience of dealing with the students' affairs,for the sake of better serving the students and cultural progress.
