Responsibility, Power and Benefit of Administrative Supervisor is Unified

行政监督主体职责不分、地位不高、利益保障不完善是行政监督效能较低的主要原因。要改变这种现象 ,就必须坚持监督主体责、权、利相统一的原则。建立行政监督主体职责分明的制度 ,保障行政监督主体权力独立 ,保护行政监督主体的利益。只有这样才可以最大限度调动监督主体力量 ,促进廉政勤政 ,提高行政监督效能。

Responsibility of administrative supervisor was not divided, position was not advanced, and benefit guarantee was not perfect. These are the major reasons administrative supervisor has lower efficiency. To change this kind of phenomenon, we must unify rresponsibility, power and benefit of administrative supervisor. We will follow the principle of responsibility, power and benefit of unification. We should establish the responsibility system of administrative supervisor, ensure power independence of administrative supervisor and protect the benefit of administrative supervisor. These can mobilise supervisor strength, promote honest and clean of government, and raise efficiency of administrative supervisor.
