略论高校民主管理与教代会制度建设

Democratic Management and the construction of Teachers’ Representative Assembly System in Institutions of Higher Learning

教代会制度建设是高校民主管理的重要内容之一 ,是推进高校民主政治建设的必然要求。从完善高校民主管理的基础工程、推进高校民主管理的动力来源两个方面 ,分析了教代会制度建设的现状 ,并对加强高校民主管理和教代会制度的规范化建设提出了建设性见解。

The construction of Teachers’ Representative Assembly System is an important part in the democratic management in institutions of higher learning. The present situation of Teachers’ Representative Assembly is analyzed in this paper from the following three aspects: the improvement of basic projects in democratic management, the source of motive force to promote democratic construction and the bright future of democratic construction. Besides, constructive suggestions on the reinforcement of the construction of democratic management and the standardization of Teachers’ Representative Assembly are put forward hereafter.
