连云港市区域竞争力SWOT分析及提升对策

A SWOT Analysis of the Regional Competitive Power of Lianyungang and the Countermeasures for Promotion

运用区域竞争力理论 ,从优势 (S)、劣势 (W )、威胁 (T)、机会 (O)四个方面对连云港市区域竞争力进行了具体分析 ,全面揭示了该市区域竞争力的战略地位 ,认为该市区域竞争力在苏北处于中游水平 ,在全省处于下游水平。在此基础上 ,提出了提升连云港市区域竞争力的对策与建议。

The theory of regional competitive power is adopted to analyze the regional competitive power of Lianyungang City from the following four aspects: strength (S), weakness (W), threats (T) and opportunities (O). Such an analysis reveals from an overall view the strategic position of the city’s regional competitive power. It is pointed out that its regional competitive power in Northern Jiangsu Province stands in the middle while lags far behind if compared with other cities in the whole province. In this respect, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward hereafter to promote its regional competitive power.
