玉米地方品种赖氨酸含量与主要性状的相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 对贵州玉米地方品种的赖氨酸含量及其与品质性状、产量及其它农艺性状间的关系进行了研究,结果表明,贵州玉米地方品种赖氨酸平均含量水平较高(0 33%),高于全国该项平均值(0 29%),变异幅度为0 24%~0 41%,存在高赖氨酸的硬质胚乳种质;赖氨酸含量与主要性状的相关关系和相关程度不同,与粗蛋白呈极显著正相关,与粗脂肪呈不显著正相关,与总淀粉呈中度极显著负相关;与产量、百粒重、穗长、穗粗等呈弱显著负相关,而与穗行数、叶片数、穗位高呈显著正相关,与株高、行粒数呈不显著正相关。 The lysine content of the local maize varieties in Guizhou and the correlation between lysine content and characters of quality, yield and agronomy were analysed. The results indicated that the lysine content(0.33%) of local maize varieties from Guizhou was higher than average(0.29%) from China, the variation range was 0.24%-0.41%. There were germ plasm of high lysine stereoplasm endosperm in the local maize varieties in Guizhou. The correlative relation and extent were different between the lysine content and main characters. The lysine content was high significantly positive correlative with the crude protein, not significantly with the crude fat, middle significantly negative correlative with the con-starch. The lysine content was weak significantly negative correlative with the yield, 100-grain weight, ear length and ear diameter, but was significantly positive correlative with the rows per ear, number of plant leaves and ear height, was not significantly positive correlative with the plant height and the grain number of row.
