摘要
从贵州省某牛场采集血清样本161份,对4种主要传染病进行了血清学调查。采用平板凝集和试管凝集试验对布氏杆菌病进行检测,牛群的阳性率为2 48%(4/161)。采用琼脂扩散试验对炭疽杆菌病进行检测,结果全部阴性,证实没有炭疽患病牛或隐性感染牛。采用皮内变态反应对结核杆菌病进行检测,牛群的阳性率达到9 32%(15/161),13头牛显示可疑反应。采用间接血凝试验对口蹄疫的血清抗体进行监测,牛群的抗体效价较为分散,从21~28。口蹄疫抗体水平偏低,全群几何平均效价为24 837,其中58 14%的被检牛低于口蹄疫免疫的最低保护滴度。
161 serum samples were collected from a cattle farm in Guizhou province and the serological investigation has been conducted for four infectious diseases.Brucellosis was detected by plate agglutination and test tube agglutination,the positive rate of the herd reached 2.48%(4/161).Anthrax was detected by agar gel precipitation and all the samples manifested negative reaction,which demonstrated that no sick animal or negative infection for anthrax was found in this investigation.Tuberculosis was detected by allergic reaction,the positive rate reached 9.32%(15/161) and 13 head of cattle were still suspectable.The serum antibody of foot and mouth disease(FMD)was surveyed by indirect hemo-agglutination.The antibody titers of the herd distributed dispersedly and ranged from 2~1-2~8.The antibody level against FMD was relatively low and the geometric mean titer was counted as 2^(4.837).In this herd,58.14% tested cattle were less than the minimum protective titer against FMD.
