次黄嘌呤对小鼠卵母细胞成熟的抑制作用

摘要 试验以小鼠为试验动物,研究了次黄嘌呤(HX)对小鼠卵母细胞减数分裂恢复抑制作用,以期更好地掌握小鼠卵母细胞的成熟机制,提高卵母细胞成熟效率。研究表明,①HX能有效地抑制卵母细胞发生生发泡成熟;②HX作为抑制剂对裸卵成熟的抑制作用是可逆的;③在生发泡抑制期间,卵母细胞胞质并没有成熟。结果显示,次黄嘌呤是一种有效的生发泡破裂抑制剂。 In this experiment, we studied the Hypoxanine on mouse oocyte maturation in order to well understand the mechnism of oocyte maturation and improve the oocyte maturation rate in vitro. The results are as follows: ①HX can inhibit mouse oocyte undrgoing sponnouse Germinal Vesicle Breakdown(GVBD); ②The inhibitor action on mouse oocyte maturation is reversible; ③During the period of GV inhibited by HX, the oocyte cytoplasmic is not matured. These results indicated that HX is an efficient inhibitor on mouse oocyte maturation.
