摘要
应用二次正交旋转组合设计的试验方法,探讨干湿小麦混合三级顺流干燥工艺的干燥性能指标与干燥工艺参数间的关系,回归分析建立数学模型,对干燥工艺函数进行有约束非线性优化,获得干燥工艺最佳参数组合可供干燥机设计参考。比较分析两种顺流干燥工艺,干湿小麦混合三级顺流干燥单位热耗量可节省26.9%。
This paper studies on the connection between the dried property indictors with the dried technological parameters of dried-wet wheat of three stages concurrent-flow drying technologies by the method of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design test, and set up the mathematics model by regressive analysis. Designing of dry-machine can refer the optimum parameters obtained by experiment. The drying of dried-wet wheat of three stages concurrent-flow drying may economize 26.9 percent by consuming calorie per unit, according to comparative analysis for the two concurrent-flow drying technologies.
