灵芝发酵液多糖提取物对荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫的动态观察

Dynamic regulating effects of Ganoderma lucidum fermentative polysaccharides on the immune system of the mice with S180 tumor

目的 :观察灵芝发酵液多糖提取物对S180荷瘤小鼠部分免疫指标的动态调节作用 ,探讨其抗肿瘤机制。方法 :S180瘤细胞荷瘤昆明小鼠 80只建立动物模型 ,生理盐水组 (NS组 )与灵芝发酵液多糖组(GFG组 )各 4 0只 ,分别于荷瘤后第 4 ,7,10 ,13,16天每组各处死 8只小鼠 ,检测GFG对NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率的影响。结果 :GFG能显著提高荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性和淋巴细胞转化率。随荷瘤时间延长 ,GFG组较NS组能维持较高水平 (P <0 0 1) ,但总体呈下降趋势。结论 :灵芝发酵液多糖提取物能显著提高NK细胞活性和淋巴细胞转化率 ,并维持一定水平。

Objective: To observe the dynamic regulating effects of GFG on the immune system of the mice with S180 tumor bearing and discuss its mechanism.Methods:80 Kungming mice were borne with S180 to build animal model.Then,they were divided into 10 groups randomly,5 groups were NS control groups,the other 5 groups were GFG-treated groups.One group of NS control groups and GFG-treated groups were killed respectively at the 4th,7th,10th,13th,16th day after bearing tumor.Study the dynamic effects of GFG on NK activity and Lymphocytes(LM) transforming rates.Results:GFG could obviously improve the NK activity and LM transforming rates of tumor-bearing mice( P <0.01),With time passing by,NK activity and LM transforming rates of GFG-treated groups maintain higher than NS groups ( P <0.01) but both gradually decreased.Conclusion:GFG could significantly improve the NK cell activity and Lymphocytes transforming rates of tumor-bearing mice.
