摘要
研究了一种耐高温环氧树脂胶粘剂 ,应用于直流牵引电机换向器中聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)的粘接。通过对胶粘剂的配方进行研究 ,筛选出了高温粘接力好的胶粘剂 ,用其粘接PTFE的换向器在严酷的高低温循环超速试验中不脱落 ,通过了试验。
A heat-reasistant epoxy adhesives which bond polytetrafluoro ethylene(PTFE)to the commuˉtator of DC traction machine were researched.The formulas of the adhesives were studied and two adhesives with high adhesion strenth at180℃were selected.Using the adhesives,PTFE did not bond failure from the commutator during the low-high temperature(room temperature~175℃)circulation test at high rotational speed of4500rpm,the stability and reliability of the commutator have been improved.
