木瓜实蝇成虫形态特征遗传稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 木瓜实蝇是我国口岸经常截获的危险性害虫之一,该虫是桔小实蝇复合种中最具经济重要性的种类。选取了区分桔小实蝇复合种的一些形态特征对木瓜实蝇实验种群开展研究。结果表明,木瓜实蝇雌虫产卵管长及雄虫阳茎长因个体而异,在亲代与子代间不存在遗传稳定性。雌虫产卵器基节长与其第5腹节背板长比值,雌成虫构成dm翅室的CuA1脉长与其产卵管长比值,以及雄成虫构成dm翅室的CuA1脉长与其阳茎长的比值分别是1.25,1.15及0.73。这3个特征值在亲代与子代间均没有显著差异,具有遗传稳定性,是鉴定木瓜实蝇较可靠的依据。 The Papaya fruit fly, Bactrocera papayae Drew and Hancock, which is one of the economically important pests in fruits and vegetables and belongs to a species of B. dorsalis complex, has been frequently intercepted at quarantine inspection sites. Based on the reared population, the morphological variances among adults of the fruit fly were studied. The results indicated that, the length of the aculeus (AcL) and that of adeagus (AdL) were significantly different among individuals. However, the ratio of the length of oviscape (OvL) to that of tergum V (TeL), and wing cell dm length along vein CuA1 (DmL) of female/AcL, and DmL of male/AdL were found not significantly different among parent adults and their offspring. These are suggested as reliable characters for the fruit fly identification. The values of OvL/TeL, DmL/AcL, and DmL/AdL were estimated to be 1.25, 1.15 and 0.73 respectively.
