摘要
研究在被污染水解的食用菌的棉子壳培养基上分离出一株黑曲霉菌株,此菌适合在液体培养基上生长,在32℃下220r/min,摇瓶培养96h,CMC-Na纤维素酶活力在50℃下高达4874u/(g·min)。
The experiment purified a strain of Aspergillus niger from the culture medium of cottonseed shell for edible mushroom which was polluted and hydrolyzed. The strain was adapted to grow in liquid culture medium, and its CMC-Na activity after developing in liquid culture medium for four days was high up to 48.74mg/(g.30 min.50 ℃).
