摘要
试验结果表明 ,远海梭子蟹在水温 2 8~ 30℃ ,盐度 32~ 34条件下 ,从产卵至孵化需要 2 5 7h ,从第 1期蚤状幼体发育变态为仔蟹苗 (C1)约需 11~ 13d。整个育苗共投放蚤状幼体 4 6 6万尾 ,培育出大眼幼体 10 11万只 ,成活率为 2 1 7% ,培育成仔蟹苗 5 14万只 ,育苗成活率为 11 6 %。文中还对胚胎和幼体发育时间与温度和饵料的关系以及幼体培育成活率等进行了讨论。
The experimental results show that the time needed for Portunu pelagicus from lying eggs to hatching is 257 h,and from Zoea-1 to crab larvas(C 1) 11~13 days at 28~30 ℃ and salt density 32~34.During the raising fry period,466 000 tails of Zoea were bred up to 101 100 megalopa and 51 400 crab larvas, the survival rate 21.7% and 11.6% respectively. The relationship between growth time and temprature of embryo and larvas and bait, and the larvas sarvival rate were also discussed in this paper.
