摘要
以马来酸酐(MAH)和甲基丙烯酸碳十四烷基酯(TMA)为原料进行共聚,研究了反应物摩尔配比、反应时间、溶剂配比以及引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)用量等因素对共聚反应的影响。当TMA与MAH的摩尔比为0.3/0.7,AIBN加入量不大于单体总摩尔量的1/1000,反应时间为4~6h,溶剂为甲苯时,可以得到较高产率的共聚产物。
In the course of copolymerization maleic anhydride(MAH) and tetradecyl methacrylate (TMA) were used as materials. The influencing factors of copolymerization, such as mole ratio of reac-tants, reactive time,volume ratio of solvents and amount of initiator, were studied. When TMA∶MAH=(0.3)∶(0.7)(mol∶mol), amount of initiator was not more than 1/1000 of monomer mole number, reactive time was 4~(6 h) and toluene was used as solvent, the yield of copolymer was improved apparently.
