裂解炉传感器故障的检测和诊断

摘要 研究了综合运用非线性PLS和模糊逻辑的故障检测与诊断方法,并在此基础上,利用大型工业裂解炉现场数据构造了裂解炉传感器集成故障检测系统。应用结果表明,以此方法构成的传感器故障诊断系统可信度较高,且具有良好的实用性和鲁棒性。 In this paper, the comprehensive approach utilizing nonlinear PLS and fuzzy inference system is studied to meet the practical requirements for sensor fault detection and diagnosis. The integrated diagnosis system for sensor fault in cracking furnace is constructed based on the field data from a large scale industrial furnace. The application results show that the system is highly confident, greatly applicable, and highly robust.
