摘要
介绍了一个用气囊对灌注桩钢立柱进行垂直度校正的PLC控制系统,它具有电子倾角仪、信号转换、输入接口、压力控制环节及人机界面。该系统以人机界面和PLC配合工作,根据偏差控制的原理通过气囊对钢立柱实施纠偏,使其保持在垂直位置。经多项工程项目实际使用效果良好,垂直度被控制在2‰之内。
The building piles must be perpendicular at construction of high-rise building. Based on PLC, an apparatus using air sack to rectify perpendicular of steel post in a pile pouring concrete is introduced, which consists of electronic inclinometer, A/D converter, interface for signal input, control link for air pressure and human-machine interface(HMI). According to the principle of error control, the PLC (cooperated) with HMI is applied in construction of many buildings and produces good effect. The error of (inclination) is kept within 2‰.
