摘要
非木本木质素磺酸镁(ML)来源于造纸厂非木本原料亚硫酸盐制浆废液,属于来源丰富、无毒的可再生生物质资源。作者研究了ML在循环冷却水中对碳钢的缓蚀性能,用失重法测定其对20#碳钢的缓蚀率可达22%,缓蚀率随运行浓度升高而减小。通过氧化反应制备了改性木质素磺酸镁(MML)缓蚀剂,失重法测定其对20#碳钢的缓蚀率可达75%,并且随运行浓度的升高而增大;通过测定粘度和红外光谱分析发现,氧化反应后ML分子被部分降解;通过电化学极化发现MML和ML都是阴极型缓蚀剂。
Non-woody magnesium lignosulfonate(ML) is produced as a by-product in the sulphite non-wood pulping,which is a very abundant and innoxious biomass resource.Corrosion inhibition performances of ML in circulating cooling water have been studied in this paper.Corrosion inhibition ratio of ML to 20~# carbon steel determined by weight-loss method reaches 22%.Corrosion inhibition ratio decreases with increase of running concentration of ML.A new corrosion inhibitor,which is called modified magnesium lignosulfonate(MML),is modified from ML by oxidation reaction.Its corrosion inhibition ratio to 20~# carbon steel determined by weight-loss method reaches 75%,and increases by the increase of running concentration.By viscosity determination and IR spectrum analysis,it is found that ML is partly degraded by oxidation reaction.Both GML and ML belong to cathodic corrosion inhibitor by electrochemical polarization determination.
