滇重楼与华重楼的野生驯化和繁殖技术研究

Studies on domestication and propagation technology of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis and Paris polyphylla var.chinensis

在昆明市小哨乡对来自6个不同地区居群的滇重楼和华笪楼进行引种驯化试验,并用种子繁殖与地下茎无性繁殖的方法进行栽培技术研究。结果显示:不同地区的材料用无性繁殖在林下空地或遮荫网下均能较好生长,但生长差异较大,来自热带地区的材料地上部分的生育期较长,但地下茎重量的增重速率却较快;无性切割繁殖由于种植周期短,操作简单,与种子繁殖相比具有更高的经济效益。

The six populations of paris polyphylla var,yunnanensis and Paris polyphylla var.chinensis from different places were introduced and domesticated at Xiaoshao of Kunming,and sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction ws applied to assess cultural technology on P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis and P.polyphylla var.chinensis.The results showed as followings:different populations can normally grow by asexual reproduction under evergreen broad-leaved forest or shading net,but there were more difference in growth among six populations,the aboveground part of the plants from tropical population had a longer growth duration,and a more rapid increase rate of underground stem weight.As short culture cycle and simple operation,asexual cutting reproduction had more economic benefit than sexual reproduction.
