摘要
采用盆栽筛选与室内生物测定方法,比较了亚洲栽培稻(Oryzasativa)近源种中尼瓦拉野生稻(O.nivara)、普通野生稻(O.rufipogon)、非洲栽培稻(O.glaberrima)、短舌野生稻(O.barthii)和长雄野生稻(O.longistaminata)5个种120份单株材料对稗草的异株克生作用。试验结果表明:拔节期较返青期有较强抑制作用;长雄野生稻(S37)对稗草发芽、株高具有抑制作用;短舌野生稻(S46)及普通野生稻(S72)对稗草的影响为距离稻株越近,对稗草的株高与干重抑制越大;野生稻的分蘖力与抑草作用有一定的相关性。
The allelopathic of wild rice species on Echinochloa crus-galli were studied by the means of bioassay and pot experiment in greenhouse.Two wild rice accessions S46 and S72,which belonged to O.barthii and O.rufipogon,respectively,caused significantly reduction in plant height and dry weight of E.crus-galli.One wild rice accession of S37 belonging to O.longista minata could reduce E.crus-galli germination rate significantly.The results showed that allelopathic (suppression)effect of wild rice at elongation stage was higher than that at reviving stage.The accessions of S46 and S72 nearer to rice plants showed the stronger effect on plant height and dry weight of E.crus-galli.The allelopathy of wild rice to the weed had a positive correlation with their tiller ability.
