摘要
为开发利用烟梗资源,以烟梗为原料,采用酸液浸提、铁盐沉析的工艺制备果胶,通过正交试验设计(L16(45))和统计分析的方法系统研究了浴比、浸提pH、浸提温度、浸提时间对果胶胶凝单元数的影响,并进一步优化了最显著因素(pH和浴比)的水平范围,得到了如下最佳工艺参数和最优方案的工程平均及其置信区间:pH=1 4~1 6,浴比1∶24~1∶30,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间80min,当显著性水平α=0 10时,最优工程平均的区间估计为(37 54,44 16)(mPa s)。
For the exploitation and utilization of tobacco stem resource,pectins were extracted by hydrochloride acid extraction,followed by molysite precipitation.Through the orthogonal experimental design(L_(16)(4~5))and statistic analysis,the effects of liquor-to-wood ratio,pH,temperature and duration on jelly units of pectin were investigated.In addition,the variation ranges of the most significant factors(1iquor-to-wood and pH)were reduced by the single factor experiment.The obtained optimum technological parameters in extracting process were respectively as follows:pH=1.4-1.6,liquor-to-wood ratio from 1∶24 to 1∶30,at 70 ℃ for 80min.The fiducial interval range of engneering average of optimum program was between 37.54 and 44.16(mPa.s)at α=0.10.
