猪水肿病志贺样毒素大肠杆菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:6

摘要 大肠杆菌产生的志贺样毒素Ⅱ型突变体(Shiga liketoxinvariant,SLTⅡv)是猪水肿病的主要致病因子。采用聚合酶链式反应,以特异的寡核苷酸片段为引物,从200份贵州省患水肿病猪粪样中检出19株菌株含有志贺样毒素Ⅱ型突变体基因,生化实验结果符合大肠埃希氏杆菌的特点。经鉴定,19株大肠杆菌分属于O8、O65、O82、O1394种血清型,其中O82占63%。研究结果证实,在贵州省猪水肿病中存在志贺样毒素基因。 400 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated from the faeces of piglets with edema disease in Guizhou province.Genes of Shiga-like toxin were detected by polymerase chain reaction from 19 strains of E.coli.The serotypes of the 19 strains belonged to O_(139),O_(82),O_(65) and O_(8),respectively.And the strains with O_(82) serotype accounted for 63 %.It showed that the SLTⅡv gene contributed to edema disease in piglets and the main prevalent serotype was O_(82) in Guizhou province.
