摘要
经过长时间的市场调研发现,在中国现有的珠宝首饰公司中存在着多种人力资源管理模式,其中较为普遍的是家族制人力资源管理模式。对现有的人力资源管理模式进行了细致、系统的分析,对家族制及其它管理模式在运作过程中存在的问题和解决的对策进行了研究。
In present, China has quickly developed in jewelry trade. By researching jewelry market for a long time, one can find out that some kinds of human resources management are present in jewelry companies in China. The human resource management of the family-owned enterprise has been execute. The human resource management of the family-owned enterprise and other human resources management in our jewelry trade are studied in the paper. Advantages and disadvantages of the human resources management carried out in the present are analysed, and the countermeasures are put forward.
