从小高层住宅的概念及特点出发 ,从用地、户型、生活质量、环境等不同方面 ,分析了高层住宅、多层住宅、小高层住宅的优劣 。
From the conception and features of high storeyed dwelling houses of small type the advantage and disadvantages of high rise building, multistoried houses and high storeyed dwelling houses of small type are analyzed. The minor high rise dwelling houses meet the current technical specification, development level and consumption capacity of citizens, which has wide development prospect.
