摘要
针对住宅的渗漏问题 ,从屋面渗水、管道漏水、下水道泛水和漏水三方面 ,就住宅渗漏问题发生的原因进行了分析 。
According to the leakage problems of residences from roof leakage, pipe leakage and sewer flashing aspects the causing reasons of leakage are analyzed; at the same time effective control and treatment measures are proposed.
