对工程项目管理组织结构基本形式的内容及优、缺点 ,从职能式、项目式、矩阵式和复合式四个方面进行了介绍 。
From four forms: functional type, project type, matrix type and compound type the basic forms of organization structure of engineering project management are introduced in order to improve the management level for engineering project.
