摘要
在分析现阶段我国推行工程总承包困难的基础上 ,阐述了大力发展工程项目管理企业的必要性 ,从加强法律、法规建设 ,建立科学的工程项目管理体系等方面 。
Based upon analysis of the present difficulties encountered in carrying out general contracted engineering in China the necessity to develop engineering project management enterprises is elaborated; at the same time practical measures and suggestions are proposed from establishing scientific project management system, strengthening laws and regulations system and other aspects.
