摘要 研究PET中间产物和最终产物端羧基含量的测定方法。采用半微量法,经反复实验并进行对比,确定了合适的溶剂、指示剂、溶解温度、滴定温度及溶解时间等测试条件,即:邻甲酚—氯仿混合液为溶剂(二者体积比为3:1);PET切片的溶解温度为98℃左右;样品溶解时间为20min;滴定温度为60℃;氢氧化钾-甲醇-苯甲醇标准液为滴定液;溴酚蓝为指示剂。在这样的测试条件下,采用半微量法测得的PET中间产物和最终产物的端羧基含量具有较好的准确度和精确度,且具有操作简便、经济合算等特点。 Determination of the carboxyl end group in PET and its intermediate was studied. By using the method of semi-micro-volumetric analysis, the optimum solvent indicator were chosen. The temperature and time for dissolving and titration were selected respectively. The optimum solvent is a mixture of o-methy-phenol and chloroform (v/v=3:1) and the dissolving for PET chips is carried out at 98 ℃ for 20 min. The titration temperature is 60 ℃. Standard KOH-methyl alcohol-benzoic alcohol is used as titrant. Bromophenol blue is indicator. The result of this method is more accurate in comparing with that obtained by instrument analysis. The operation is easy, the cost is less than other methods
